Indirect Public Procurement Consultant requirements...
- Degree / CIPS desirable but not essential
- Some exposure to public procurement regulations
- Demonstratable experience in indirect procurement in relation to various sub-categories, such as Utilities, FM or Professional Services procurement
- Strong skills surrounding stakeholder relationship management, strategic sourcing and negotiation
