Static Maintenance Engineer

Our client is looking for a talent Static Maintenance Engineer to join their team based in Camberley and London. The candidate can be either mechanically or electrically biased but must have a can-do attitude.

This position will include travel as it is primarily site based.

Qualifications & Experience:

Electrical or Mechanical experience
Building services maintenance experience (essential)
Proactive attitude to H&S
Good verbal & written communication skills
Time management skills
Good problem-solving skills
Substantial experience in electrical services and maintenance on domestic/industrial/ commercial systems
Relevant electrical and/ or mechanical qualifications

Duties:

Carry out remedial works & PPM tasks
Resourcing sufficient equipment and materials
Fault finding
Carry out site audits
Liaise with clients and tenants
Review RAMS
Ensure all plat on-site systems are documented
