The successful candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder communication skills and the ability to advise and inform them on the financial implications of key business decisions.
Key accountabilities include:
- Taking strategic and administrative ownership of the finance function - Process and systems improvement - Weekly Payment runs to subcontractors and liaising with QS to ensure paperwork and applications are correct for payment - Monthly payroll for employees - Reconciling Xero - Quarterly VAT returns - Forecasting and managing of cash flow - Managing the daily financial activities and functions for the organisation - Building cross-functional relationships to foster collaboration both inside and outside of the finance team - Managing the daily financial activities and functions for the organisation - Building relationships cross-functionally to foster collaboration both inside and outside of the office team - Supporting with ad hoc projects
