This role will require you to coordinate engagement activities, such as community meetings, webinars, and drafting presentations, you will then aid these events in both a virtual and face-to-face capacity. You'll also support meetings with note-taking and action-tracking. You'll work and build relationships with a variety of different stakeholders, such as members of the community and the wider project team.

Location: Home-based - home location South/South East England
Sector: Civil engineering/Rail
Travel: Not extensive, some national and regional (south)

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Must hold a current valid driving license
Excellent people and communication skills
Ability to build external and internal relationships
Can work independently and proactively
Flexible with travel and hours
Good ICT and written skills
Experience working with multiple stakeholders is desirable


Ensure that an appropriate number of suitable events and initiatives are created to
allow a broad cross-section of our staff to engage. Providing direction and guidance
as appropriate
Participate in the development of the companies community reputation through coordinating, contributing to and delivering Community Engagement activities
Develop plans
Respond to inquiries and complaints
Coordinate and support events
Meet stakeholders
