Home Manager | Dementia & Elderly Care Home | Banbury

* NMC pin not essential - must-have Nursing Home management experience

* Salary is £65,000 per year - 09:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday

* Must have experience managing a Nursing Home with a Good CQC rating

The Brief: A unique opportunity for an experienced Home Manager, to join a luxury state-of-the-art, Nursing Home offering elderly and dementia nursing care near Banbury.

The Position: A strong leader with a wealth of care home management & CQC experience, plus the ability to hit the ground running. You will have strong support from the Operations team as well as a Head Office team including marketing, recruitment, finance, HR, compliance and governance.

Purpose of this Hire: A nationwide Care Group is looking for a Home Manager to take the care home "forward" build a good local reputation and lead a new staffing team. With the overall objective of providing excellent care in all areas of the service and receiving a Good CQC rating.

The Experience required

* NMC pin is not essential.

* At least 1 year of experience in Home Management of a Nursing Home providing Elderly & Dementia Care

* Experience in caring for older people

* Confident in your knowledge of CQC regulations & good links with local CCGs.

* It's essential that you have managed a successful nursing home with a Good CQC rating

* Possess strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive KPIs such as; occupancy, staffing, recruitment, compliance & networking to ensure the company's long-term success.
