Rates of pay vary significantly but support roles can expect payment between £110 -£160

When we recruit for these roles, we aren't looking for a set experience or background but we are looking for dedication, motivation & a passion for working with young people.

Our current bank of staff are all from diffferent backgrounds! Some examples are: University students, Dance / Drama specialists, Support Workers, Charity Workers, Sports Coaches, Lifeguards, Youth Mentors, Counsellors, Nursery Nurses, Residential Care workers
