As an Operational Lead you will play a key part in your departments performance objectives and KPIs. You will a team of People leads and agents to ensure that every customer has the best experience.
Work closely with your planning and support teams on a daily basis to ensure projects are landed correctly and that day to day employee and customer satisfaction is a reflection on the compainies brand.
3 years experience as an Operations Manager or equivilent
Retail banking experience
Contact centre experience
