S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for an Apprenticeship Trainer in Health and Social care.
Out client are a huge player in the market, being one of the UKs largest apprenticeship providers, offering range of professional qualifications. They operate nationally and with this particular vacancy, they are seeking a qualified and experienced assessor to join their team in Scotland. The caseload will vary from 30 to 45 learners and you will be required to visit learners in their workplace to undergo reviews and observations.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Trainer in Health and Social Care will be responsible for the following:
Visiting learners in the workplace to help them achieve their qualification using your knowledge and experience.
Attending scheduled meetings, organizing and managing your own diary, and completing all compliance tasks personal or administrative tasks
Providing learners and clients with exceptional service while meeting standards and regulatory requirements by working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
Assuring Ofsted's and the organisations standards and expectations are being met
Experience and Skills:
The Trainer in Health and Social Care will require the following:
A relevant qualification in health and Social Care at level 3 or above with GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent)
Relevant vocational experience in a Health and Social care
Experienced working in a senior role with expertise in Dementia , Learning Disabilities and Adult Health and Social Care Settings
The ability to work independently in a target focused environment and meet KPI's
