Internal Communications Manager

Salary: £40,500 per annum

Full Time - 37 hours per week


Flexible working (working two days a week in the office)

Location: Bath

What you'll be doing

Are you a brilliant communicator looking for a role where you can really make a difference? Working in a vibrant, purpose-led environment, you'll be taking the lead on internal communications in our client's busy Communications team.

No two days are the same, but this role can include planning and delivering campaigns, leading on large-scale events, managing the intranet, writing briefings, advising colleagues across the business, production of presentations, videos and reports, and commissioning graphic design work and photography. You'll also work with other team members to manage the social media channels and deliver online events. You'll report to the Director of Communications and will act as a line-manager to the Communications Officers.

Please note: This role is known internally as "Communications & Brand Manager"

More about you

You'll be an energetic and confident Communications professional who's bursting with ideas. A great copywriter, you'll have superstar intranet management and social media skills and a sharp eye for detail and design. Able to distill complex information, you'll be a natural collaborator who can help colleagues to get their message across. You'll have strong events, budget management, presentation and project skills and be able to work to multiple deadlines.

You will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting and committed environment which is fast-paced and varied.

When and where you'll be doing it

You'll work five days a week, with at least two fixed days in the office and the option of flexible working on other days.
