Randstad are recruiting for an experienced Leadership and Management Training Specialist for Belfast Metropolitan college.

A minimum of a Degree (level 6) or equivalent professional qualification in Leadership and Management or related discipline
English and Maths GCSE (Grade C or above) OR Essential Skills level 2, or an equivalent qualification
A minimum of 2 years' experience of the design and delivery of training to practitioners/professionals on a full or part time basis
Experience of assessing the training needs of individuals or businesses
Experience of delivering projects successfully against project objectives and time frames
Demonstrable experience of IT competency, for example the use of MS Office

Responsibilities

To meet and consult with industry and industry sector representatives to understand and assess their specific training objectives and design bespoke solutions tailored to meet their requirements
To work in collaboration with the Business Development Team to respond to company and industry sector specific needs and ensure the College's offering is reflective of the needs of industry.
To develop and strengthen partnership working with a range of external stakeholders including employers, professional bodies and government departments to facilitate a strategic and coordinated approach to employer support.
To support the marketing and recruitment for leadership and management training programmes including attending meetings, events, and networking activities to secure participation on programmes.
To support the development of marketing and recruitment communication to promote leadership and management training programmes to industry through input into marketing communication, case studies, good news stories and the Support for Business booklet and website.
To design, develop and deliver a range of both accredited and non-accredited training to include Leadership, Management, Core skills and Teamwork.
Prepare and design training programmes with appropriate learning activities that deliver outstanding learning experiences in an inspiring, motivating, encouraging and enthusiastic way that can relate to the learner's role within their organisation
