Job Tittle: Site Maintenance ( General Maintains Person)

Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: £10.19 per hour

Holidays: 25 days holiday + Bank holidays

HR GO Recruitment are looking for someone to join our clients site team within their highly successful secondary school. You will play an important role in the daily life of the school ensuring the learning environment is safe and fully operational for staff and students.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

Overall cleanliness of the school site including litter picking
Moving of classroom and office furniture
Delivery of orders to relevant staff members
Daily/weekly/monthly inspections as required by the Site Manager
Taking meter readings
Stock checking and ordering of materials when required
Undertaking minor repairs within skill base
Decorating
Undertaking any reasonable request to ensure the smooth running of the school

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Good level of general education. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, manual handling techniques and security requirements. Previous experiences of manual labour would be beneficial.
