My client is currently recruiting for a Building Services Engineer to start with immediate effect located in East central London. My client is one of the largest Facilities Management companies in the UK. If you have previously worked as a Building Services Technician, there may be other roles we can place you forward to, please send in your CV

As a Building Services Technician, you'll hold an electrical qualification (to 17th or 18th edition or equivalent) and a good knowledge of Building Management systems. You also have experience of emergency lighting, PAT testing, water hygiene and other compliance areas in a large industrial and commercial unit.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the whole site

Maintain everything from our mechanical plant, air conditioning, heating and ventilation
Use your hands-on experience and technical skills to operate an effective preventative maintenance programme
