Real Estate Counsel (Top tier global real estate practice)

This leading international law firm, with a premier global real estate practice, is looking to make a key, strategic hire of an experienced, UK qualified, real estate lawyer (with a top tier real estate background), to join the London team as "Real Estate Counsel".

The Real Estate Counsel will be the "go to" expert for both the real estate and banking teams and will lead on a diverse range of high value real estate transactions (both UK and cross-border), including investment acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work (both investor and occupier side), development work, real estate joint ventures, and the real estate aspects of complex real estate financing transactions.

The role of Real Estate Counsel will also involve leading on pitches, managing client relationships and mentoring associates.
