EMEA Support Agent - Service Desk

Permanent - Up to £37,000 Salary

London - Hybrid

The Role:

A leading technology firm are looking for a Support Agent with previous experience in an IT Support role. The successful Support Agent will be part of the Service Desk Delivery team and will be providing customer-focused and responsive IT ticket resolution.

Profile/Professional Experience:
  • Previous experience in an IT support role with defined processes and targets
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management
  • Problem solver with great analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experienced in working with SLAs
  • Willing to learn new technologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365, Azure)
  • Experienced working in the EMEA regions
  • Organised and willing to learn new technologies

  • Fluent in other European languages
