Reed Accountancy & Finance are currently supporting our Cranbrook based client who is looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant on a 4 month contract to support their business during a busy period.

The ideal Accounts Assistant would need to be able to show the relevant experience obtained from a similar role with the below duties:

The Accounts Assistant duties:
  • Process Purchase Ledger invoices
  • Investigate invoices and query any anomalies
  • Liaise with utility companies via phone to rectify query issues on invoices
  • Update and reconcile customer accounts
  • Petty Cash processing

If you are able to show experience of invoice processing, can commit to up to 20 hours per week, and are available immediately to commit to a 4 month contract then please apply!
