Take your career to the next level as you lead the Clinical team as a Night Coordinator at Thornford Park hospital.As a Night Coordinator you will be working nights with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring all Governance processes are adhered to, safety measures are implemented and promote holistic quality care for everyone to follow.This is a supernumerary post, working full-time 37.5 hours a week over three nights.

Ensure the wards are staffed with the correct skill mix Provide strong and robust leadership in the clinical environmentMonitor the performance and conduct of staff and to take corrective action when necessary.Promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all service users and employeesEnsuring the confidentiality, security and accuracy of data and information and compliance with Regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements.Maintain and evidence standards of competence as defined by the NMC, to remain registered.Ensure all relevant staff have handoversUndertake audits or Clinical documentation and regular audits of observation and engagementAudit DLM/CD books weeklyEvaluate the quality of own and others' work in own area and raise quality issues and related risks with the appropriate peopleSupport Staff to complete their online trainingTake appropriate action when there is a persistent problem with quality.In conjunction with the NIC, audit medication charts to ensure they have been completed corr
