Management Accountant

Axon Moore are exclusively working with a successful PE backed manufacturing client near Preston, to recruit a newly qualified Management Accountant.This is an excellent varied role and opportunity to shadow and learn from a high calibre Group Financial Controller and will be mentored in this role on a daily basis.Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts
• Integration of acquisitions and consolidations relating to these
• Reconciliation of intercompany accounts across the group
• Assisting with reconciliation to departmental budgets
• Monitor daily cash flow position and production of a weekly cash flow forecast
• Monthly sales invoice analysis across the group
• VAT returns for the group
• Management of 2 junior team members
• Ad hoc project work including implementing new systems
