LTA / Reed Education are seeking a Year 1 Teacher for an Ofsted 'Good' primary school in the Preston area. This role is a full time position covering 5 days per week and is due to start September 2022. The role is a temporary position and is on a long term basis for the right candidate. This is a happy and secure school where pupils are encouraged to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

The School are looking for an outstanding Year 1 teacher who has experience in Early Years and has knowledge of phonics & curriculum. The right candidate will be required to go in for the day for an interview and to meet the team.

Qualified Teacher Status and previous experience/strong knowledge of teaching KS1 & KS2 is essential for this position.

Within this role, your main responsibilities will be:•Preparing, planning, and delivering high standards of lessons to ensure the continuous development of our pupils•Mark and monitor classwork, alongside setting targets for future progress•Establishing and developing strong relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and carers•Have a clear understanding of all the needs of all pupils•Monitoring pupils progress in reference with the school's practice•Excellent behaviour management skills
