About the Role

Product Administration are responsible for setting up new savings products for our third party clients, monitoring the product through its lifecycle, effecting rate changes and processing product maturities.

Our Coordinators play a pivotal role in the department. The following are a few key duties which our coordinators do to ensure the smooth running of things
  • Product set up & maturity
  • Interest payment verification
  • Processing and checking interest rate changes
  • Ensuring HMRC Regulations are adhered to and compiling Returns
  • System & statement testing
  • Collating & analysing exception reports, highlighting trends to be investigated and correcting errors
  • Providing email and teams support across the internal network

About You

We are looking for someone to join us who can demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be able to follow procedures in order to ensure risk incidents remain low, as well as being determined to find opportunities to improve processes.

Experience of delivering excellent customer service is essential as we would like someone who can communicate confidently with stakeholders from multiple areas, including Clients. You will be able to manage a varied and time critical workload, demonstrating you can re-prioritise to ensure SLAs are met.

You will be a team player, able to support colleagues in and out of department. You display a professional attitude, as well as being friendly and approachable.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
