Resulting from continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with experience of delivering on a variety of transformation projects, including business change and IT system implementation projects, to join a leading, organisation, in a position with plenty of variety and responsibility

The successful Project Manager will need to be onsite in either Oxford or Didcot twice a week, with the rest of the time spent working from home.

The Role

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role within my client's transformation programme, working on a range of strategic business change transformation projects, as well as projects to replacement both their core finance system and payroll systems. Both of these projects require the Project Manager to oversee not just the physical systems implementations themselves, but also the resulting process and business change, ensuring that change is embedded and the business case benefits are fully realised.

What experience does the Project Manager need?

• Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering transformation projects involving significant amounts of business change
• Demonstrable end-to-end change management experience
• Experience of IT system implementation/migration projects
• Experience of successfully managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and third parties within a matrix management environment
• Strong people engagement skills, coupled with the drive, determination and influencing skills to keep projects on-track, and within timeframes
• Experience of working within formal methodologies - Prince2 and/or Agile.
