An exciting opportunity has come available for an enthusiastic self starter ideally with relevant HR experience and considerable experience of working in a customer service/facing environment.

You will be responsible for managing the full employee support and administrative function for all salaried appointments and hourly paid staff ensuring timely and appropriate provision of advice and speedy and effective responses to all queries and requests for changes.

You will ensure regular analysis of reports and staff records are kept correct and accurate and resolving queries and areas of concerns as necessary.

Responsible for ensuring compliance for all salaried and hourly paid staff and issuing certificates of sponsorship as required.

You will also be responsible for undertaking all advice and administration regarding family leave e.g. maternity, paternity, shared parental leave.

This is a hybrid role and remote working is encouraged. Apply immediately for this ongoing temporary role of at least 3 months which may lead to a permanent opportunity.
