We are supporting our client in a search for a Paid Media Executive to join them in their fantastic Shoreditch offices. A higher education Technology Specialist with healthy work-life balance and hybrid working at the heart of their offerings, you will be part of a rapidly growing business and supporting them in executing their digital campaigns.
As a multi-channel marketing expert, you will be able to identify the best ways to build strong marketing campaigns for the firm, identifying new avenues for attracting key demographics to the business as well as improving current avenues for attraction. By advising on what ideal spend levels should be for these various campaigns, alongside leveraging your ability to parse data to create insights on marketing campaigns, you will be able to create engaged audiences across a variety of ad platforms.

The right person for this role will have prior experience a startup or otherwise high-growth business, and will as a result understand the fundamentals of working to exceed targets in a quickly changing environment whilst also effectively multitasking across a variety of projects. They will be able to support on building up key demographics and understand the importance of delivering and reporting on marketing campaigns, whilst also being able to modulate their plans for new and existing campaigns as necessary to maximise attraction.

- Generating detailed reports on ongoing campaigns, parsing the data from therein to generate insights for senior management
- Managing advertisements across major social media networks, such as Facebook and TikTok
- Collaborating on new ways to generate audience
