Quality Engineer

Role - Quality EngineerSalary - £35,000 - £42,000 per annum Type: Permanent Location: South DevonMy client is a leading designer and manufacturer, supplying customers in virtually every sector of engineering. They are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.Attributes the client will be looking for from the Quality Engineer:

• More than 2 years' experience working a similar Quality position
• Relevant Qualification/ Degree or experience
• Exposure to working in an IATF16949 and ISO9001 manufacturing setting beneficial
• Have good communication skills; both verbal and written
• The ability to work closely with other departments
• Good leadership abilities

The Quality Engineer role will include:

• Supporting the Quality Manager to implement, enhance and work with the company's management system to meet customer requirements and expectations
• Inspecting Products and Parts
• Working with all departments on product development
• Ensuring adherence of regulatory, quality and customer requirements
• Improving processes and procedures
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement
