Are you a confident presenter with a background in Learning and Development? If so we have an opportunity for a Learning and Development Partner to work as part of the Talent and Organisational Development team within the HR function.

You'll be passionate about delivering inspiring learning and development so you'll need previous experience of delivering training courses and the ability to inspire high performance in others.
Experience of mentoring and coaching will help you to hit the ground running, as you will be providing support to colleagues across the business in building morale, increasing competence, and encouraging colleagues to give their best performance.
Creativity will be essential to this role as we look to take learning opportunities to everyone across the organisation, wherever they work, by using technology such as podcast and webinars. You will therefore be confident in using technology to create engaging learning content and be comfortable in overseeing our Learning Management System to create a culture of self-directed learning. Any experience of LMS implementation is desirable, but being competent with using an LMS is essential.
You'll be responsible for the administration and coordination of external providers, and support with the apprenticeship levy and facilitation of internal programmes. You'll work collaboratively with managers and HR to understand training needs and identify skills gaps, manage the training room booking system, and take ownership of the end to end training process.
A CIPD Level 3 qualification or higher in Learning and Development or HR is beneficial for this role, and experience of utilising psychometric testing and being accredited to analyse results is desirable.
