Finance Manger - Job Opportunity Full Time - Hybrid Position (Optional)Shrewsbury£Competitive Salary Our prestigious Shrewsbury based is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to oversee the Purchase Ledger and Credit Control Function.The main responsibilities of this role:* To provide a support to the Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger teams.* Provide support in completing any of the day-to-day Purchase Ledger tasks* Collection of outstanding debts, review customer terms and ensure credit limits are adhered to.* Maintain a clean sales ledger - action periodic clear downs of aged and minimal values.* Prepare bi-weekly credit control reports for management* Liaise with business stakeholders regarding accounts* Assist with any finance audits.* Continuously review system / processes to improve efficiency / accuracy.* Provide support in completing any of the day-to-day Credit Control, including* Inputting cash receipts* Reconciling the bank* Review credit held orders* Answering customer queries* Process customer refundEssential Skills:* AAT Qualified* Experience with Purchase Ledger and Credit Control* Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and work under pressure* Excellent attention to detail* Solution finding personality; the ability to use initiative to reach resolutionsIf this role sounds interesting to you; please APPLY & get in touch with Paige Bevan @ Greenfield IT Recruitment on or for more information.
