Our client based in South Leeds is a small, but growing and ambitious Recruitment Agency. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll/Office Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in payroll/finance (ideally within a recruitment business)
  • Office Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise well so that results are delivered
  • Confident and professional with a positive attitude
  • Driven to help and support the team and wider business
  • Exposure to recruitment is highly desirable
  • Experience using systems such as BrightPay and QuickBooks

Duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Weekly and monthly payroll for internal and external staff
  • Weekly invoicing to clients for temporary workers placed
  • Invoicing for permanent positions placed
  • Liaising with third parties such as accountants and HMRC regarding VAT & RTI submissions etc.
  • Analysing business performance weekly and reporting on monthly revenue
  • Ensuring that candidates working are fully compliant and have renewed DBS, training and right to work using internal CRM system.
  • Managing business finances and reporting
  • General office management duties.
