Our client based in Durham is looking to recruit A CNC Machinist to manufacture radiation shielding equipment.

We are actively looking for a driven and committed CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator with knowledge of HAAS Machinery.

Key responsibilities:
  • Setting & Operating CNC Mill/Turn, CNC Lathe, CNC Milling machines
  • Operating HAAS CNC Machines
  • Making adjustments to existing programmes using the HAAS Machinery
  • Manufacturing plastic radiation shielding equipment
  • Interpret engineering drawings and job specifications to setup a wide range of turning operations on both repeat and new components.

The successful candidate will
  • Have 3+ years of CNC Machining experience
  • CNC Programming experience - Programming directly into machine
  • Have experience with HAAS
  • Be a graduate in Mechanical Engineering

This is a day shift Mon - Fri
