Credit Controller

RG Consultancy are working with a well established, stable logistics company based in Sandbach who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to support the Credit Control Manager within the finance team. This is a permanent position joining a successful, growing company.

You will be joining a busy finance team approximately 8 staff. The main purpose of this role is to ensure payments are made in a timely manner and invoices and statements are reconciled appropriately.

This is an office based role working in a friendly, vibrant team.

Duties include:

• Improve and implement collection of invoices
• Debt collection via telephone, email and letter
• Processing purchase invoices
• Uploading invoices to the system
• Matching invoices to orders
• Accounts reconciliation
• Weekly debt reporting and adding the information to MS Excel
