We are currently recruiting for a Designate Cinema Manager to join the team, who will undertake full training in Watford and may continue in this site on a long term basis or be given a permanent base at another site in the Hertfordshire or North London area. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Assistant Manager or higher within a fast-paced, customer focused environment and a proven track record of delivering strong sales. You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and have a real passion for exceptional customer service in addition to the ability to train and develop a large team and great financial knowledge. A love of film and cinema would also be an advantage! Due to the nature of this role you must hold a full UK Driving Licence and will need to be flexible to travel in North London. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing Staff Rotas
- Stock Control
- Till operation and cash reconciliation
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints
- Recruitment, induction and training
- Coaching and developing the team
- Adherence to Health and Safety legislation
- Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
- Performance management
- Operations management
- Budgetary management
