Role- Assembly Technician/Panel Wirer
Location- Hope Valley
Salary - £11.50 per hour + Overtime
Shift- Days Mon - Fri
There is currently a vacancy for an experienced Electrical Assembly Technician to work within a small team in a Final Assembly Department.
Primary responsibilities
* Assemble a wide range of Furnaces and Ovens which consists of taking a variety of electrical and mechanical parts and sub-assemblies to produce the products.
* Wiring of panels from electrical schematics.
* Basic electrical test and inspection.
Key skills and qualifications
* Ability to read and understand electrical schematics/drawings.
* Experience with wiring machinery.
* Ideally have experience within an industrial background.
* Electrical knowledge or previous assembly experience would be a distinct advantage.
* Site installation and accreditation to 18th Edition wiring regulations would be advantageous.
* Have a minimum of C&G or NVQ Level 2 in Electrical Installation.
Package
* Hourly rate circa £11.50 based on experience.
* Premium rates for overtime.
* Company Incentive scheme.
* Salary Sacrifice Pension Plan with 7.5% employer contributions and a death in service policy.
* 22 days holiday, plus statutory days
