  • Manage daily relationships with Prime Finance clients to ensure a positive client service experience
  • Responsible for the client experience front to back from ownership of the onboarding through to the account funding/ go-live and beyond.
  • Own client communications and partner with other desks internally as applicable Understand and discuss with clients key drivers of the business across all strategies
  • Conduct regular client calls and meetings to increase Nomura's visibility and share of wallet across the full suite of products
  • Cross sell our Non-Prime capabilities and help clients navigate the business
  • Deliver process improvement / product enhancement to strengthen relationships
  • Provide regulatory updates to clients when applicable
  • Cover cross regional responsibilities to align client coverage across Japan, AEJ and London
  • Monitor client revenue and resource usage to analyse return matrix
  • Provide subject matter expertise to clients as well as to internal support teams
  • Ensure compliance with process control standards and risk management procedures
  • Escalation point for transactional queries

  • Ideally 2+ years of relevant experience plus basic business, finance and/or accounting knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to face clients as well as internal counterparties
  • Self-Starter, proactive with ability to multitask & prioritize to quickly meet deadlines
  • Collaborative, able to work as part of a team & communicate effectively in a dynamic environment with other relevant teams across different regions
  • Good general knowledge of markets and operations
  • Can think on their feet, be proactive and spot opportunities to improve client experience and profitability
  • Robust sense of risk management and controls requirements.
