Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a critical control area that effects our operations across the globe. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management team, you will support us in setting the direction, implementation and running of our employee and third-party Directory Services Platforms processes, platforms, technologies, team and service offerings, globally. You will be responsible to leverage pioneering technologies, and innovative approaches to position PMI for measurable success; improving efficiency, supporting aggressive growth and improving end user experience with IAM services.
Your 'day to day':
Manage the directory services team
• Management of the Global Directory services team comprising of engineers and domain experts across Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Management and continuous development of the team in the context of a Product Based Organisation.
Manage directory services delivery at scale
• Regular oversight of service quality, key SLA's, and input into the continuous improvement of directory services, specifically that for Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, managed by third parties.
• Management and troubleshooting of various tools and components associated with Directory Services including Azure AD connect, ADFS, Azure Hybrid worker and such components essential for the running of services supported by directory services.
Evolve Directory Services to meet new demands
• As a senior member of the IAM team, play an active role in developing and driving the IAM strategy across areas like Access Governance and Privileged Access Management.
• Work with IAM architects to agree and implement an architectural runway for improved resilience, security and user experience from Directory Services
• Design, develop and implement the roadmap for Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Enable global security and transformation initiatives involving directory services in collaboration with Information Security and other Technology Platform teams.
Who we're looking for:
• Exceptional understanding and domain expertise in Directory services administration and design - including but not limited to GPO's, PowerShell scripting for automation of repetitive tasks and alerts, Domain controller decommission, restores, Azure Automation (Hybrid Worker), Azure App management, Conditional Access Policies, MS Graph API and other such features.
• Hands on experience and knowledge of AD resilience measures, including Forest recovery from back-up and Domain controllers, and bare metal.
• Awareness of common threat factors impacting Active Directory threat detection and response, risky configurations and alerts/triggers for critical system changes.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent or Microsoft Certifications in Azure Active Directory/Active Directory or relevant security certifications like CISSP
Team management
• Experience of managing directory services platforms like Active Directory and Azure Active Directory as a Subject Matter Expert/Engineer
• Effective team manager that leads by example and empowers the team to grow and excel in their roles within a Product Based Organistion. Knowledge of SAFe agile framework preferred.
• Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external partners
• Good skills in communication, writing, and ability to collaborate across multiple departments
Service management
• Experience in service management good practices, management of vendors and commercial handling of suppliers that provide either integration and support services within the IAM domain or Active Directory specifically.
