Job Description
As the Scrum Master you will:

• Work in the Delivery Centre of Excellence, this role will be involved in a range of digital product outcomes
• Aid in the development and delivery of a number of digital projects
• Help team members, communicate, coordinate, and cooperate to assist cross functional teams in meeting their delivery goals
• Create great outcomes and products that delight our clients and give them a fantastic digital experience
• Create an environment which moves teams towards high performing teams
• Ensure the team remain focused on what our clients are telling us and help drive innovation across the product
• Coach the Agile team in applying Lean Agile and Scrum to achieve business value
• Facilitate Agile Team ceremonies & practices
• Work to remove impediments and blockers for the team

The Successful Applicant
As the successful candidate you will:

• 3 to 5 years Scrum Master experience
• Knowledge of multiple agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Ability to lead, coach and influence team in adopting the Lean Agile principles
• Ability to ensure the correct use of Scrum/Kanban process
• Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
