The Head of FP&A is a senior leadership role within the finance team. The right candidate will be expected to act as mentor to more junior team members, and will enjoy a visible position across the wider business. The role line manages 3 direct reports with dotted line oversight of an additional 2 international roles.

Day to day responsibilities include:
  • Ownership of monthly revenue recognition for EMEA and APAC clients
  • Preparation of rolling client revenue forecasts
  • Oversight of staff cost forecast across EMEA and APAC offices
    • Working closely with HR and TA to track joiners / leavers and other changes to payroll
  • Ownership of overhead cost forecasting including detailed inter office recharges
  • Preparation of annual budget P&L and quarterly re-forecasts
  • Submission of budget and supplementary schedules into Hyperion
  • Preparation of rolling client profitability reports
  • Support new reporting requirements from Stagwell Group
  • Manage audit requests - both internal and external
  • Prior experience of FP&A in an international, multicurrency environment
  • Line management / development of teams
  • Commercial awareness of different revenue recognition methods and a firm understand of what counts as persuasive evidence
  • Experience managing payroll forecasts across multiple offices/ entity's
  • ACCA or equivalent
  • People skills (diplomacy / patience)
  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience using global consolidation platforms e.g. hyperion / cartesis

Nice to have:
  • Experience with systems implementations (e.g. Maconomy / Media Ocean)
