Change, Adoption & Training Specialist - Law Firm

Job Responsibilities

Involved with creation of stakeholder management plans, gap analysis, change impact and readiness assessment
Engagement activities including set up and working with focus groups, stakeholder groups.
Active member of the Project Team, attending all relevant meetings and advising the Project Manager
Creation and delivery of training materials including infomercials, video and written guides.
