Our client, a successful online fast fashion brand based in Manchester are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate PR & Influencer Outreach Manager.

Job Summary:

PR & Influencer Outreach Manager

Reporting directly into the CEO, we require an experienced PR & Influencer Outreach Manager to join our fast-paced brand to help and deliver an impactful and integrated PR and influencer strategy.

The successful candidate will oversee the Social Team and be responsible for identifying and creating influencer opportunities, as well as developing and implementing the social strategy ensuring company targets and objectives are met as well as staying ahead of the game with everything social.

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities-

Responsible for managing and overseeing our entire influencer outreach program across all levels, both paid, gifted and collaborations.

Consistently looking for new opportunities and ways to work with influencers, thinking outside the box Influencer management, ensuring all influencer executives are dealing with requests, emails and DMs in a timely manner, maintaining relationships with the influencers

Overseeing the social team, ensuring that we have a strong and consistent presence across all platforms; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok

Liaising with the wider Marketing team to execute a 360 approach to marketing and social campaigns PR Media and Partnership Campaigns

Coming up with new innovative ways to maximise exposure around launches

Responsible for organising and executing PR and Social events

Remain reactive to key events, national days, and media relevant to our audience, coming up with new innovative ideas to tie in with key events and engage with not only our audience but influencers and celebrities too

Working on online and offline PR campaigns with an understanding of press opportunities

Lead daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on all social activity including posts, growth, traffic, influencer, competitors, and event round ups encouraging a social-first culture within the team

Experience:

Influencer Management: 2 years +

Public Relations: 2 years +

Social Media Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
