REED Recruitment are supporting a business based in Gloucester (GL4) to recruit for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This business is based rurally therefore you will need to be able to drive in order to be considered for this position.
This position will be ideal for someone who is immediatley available and can commit to working for a business for 6 months, they are able to be flexible with hours of work and do have some flexibility around hybrid working.
The main purpose of this role is to support the accounts team with transactional accounting tasks.
- Process purchase and sales ledger invoices
- Process accruals and prepayments
- Manage bank accounts and reconciliations
- VAT Returns
