Customer Care Co-ordinatorSalary: Circa £22,000Job Type: Full Time, PermanentLocation: Head OfficeBenefits: Competitive pension, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loans for public transport plus much more.Reporting to the Development Performance Manager, the Customer Care Coordinator role will take the lead in championing customer care across the Development team. The role will seek to increase customer satisfaction and improve the timely resolution of defect matters to meet the expectations of customers. The Customer Care Coordinator will be the crucial link between our Development team, Contractor After Care teams and customers on our more challenging sites.About our company:Great Places Housing Group is not your average housing association.
