Role: Service Desk Analyst

Type: Temporary

Duration: Six months initially

Start date: ASAP

Pay rate: £12.55/hr PAYE incl. Holiday

Location: Birmingham

Key duties:
  • Employ Active Directory to manage user accounts
  • Use and configuration of Office 365
  • Relay technical and functionality guidance to IT Users
  • Resolve IT User issues over telephone, email, or via remote access
  • Printer troubleshooting
  • Build computers as necessary, utilising technologies such as; SCOM and FOG
  • Distribute Hardware and use change control documents for auditing and information

Required skills:
  • Ability to triage and escalate technical issues appropriately
  • Keen communication skills when providing technical advice to both technical and non-technical staff and users
  • Attention to detail when creating and updating reports
  • Full UK driving licence
