Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Sales Ledger Clerk on behalf of a manufacturing business based in Barnsley. This role will initially be full time on site, but after completion of training period, the role will then be fully remote.
Description
As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for having ownership of the Sales Ledger function, providing support to the closely-knit finance team, ensuring all sales invoices are posted on the system, maintaining the sales ledger and ensuring the invoiced amounts reflect any changes, bank reconciliations, allocation of cash, issuing refunds where required, providing support and liaising with sales teams, providing debt information where required and submitting bad debt to the credit management agency. Any other additional duties as required by the Finance Manager.

Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have experience working in a Sales Ledger role
- Have the ability to take ownership of role and prioritise/manage workload
- Have strong communication skills with a need to be able to communicate with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
