A market leading providor in Colchester is looking to recruit a Full-time Purchase Ledger Clerk into their small and friendly team, Initially working in the office 5 days, but eventually 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Offering a salary of £21,000 - £25,000 dependant upon experience.The Purchase Ledger Clerk will:• Assist with the accurate and timely payment of suppliers• Inputting Invoices• Deal with phone and e-mail queries from suppliers • Open post and upload invoices onto eBis system• Check supplier statements and follow up queries, including requesting copy invoices where needed• Maintenance of utilities database• Upload multiple home invoices to the ledger• Other office duties as requiredThis compnay offers some great benefits, inlcuding study support, a 4.30pm finish on a Friday and staff discounts.
