My client, one of the big 4 consultancy firms, is seeking a Senior Test Manger to join their team on a permanent basis.
The role will require you to develop and deliver large-scale complex test plans, while regularly engaging with stakeholders to ensure product quality.
A strong technical background in quality engineering is essential for the role, coupled with a firm grasp of business development.Candidates must have:

• Proven track-record in business development and lead generation.
• An understanding of the consulting sales process, buyer behaviours and procurement processes.
• Experience in leading and delivering complex testing and QE-focused consulting engagements
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Project management experience in an engineering / test environment
