Salary: £28K - £32K - Depending on Experience + Excellent Benefits

Full time/Permanent - 40 hours per week

This 'Compliance Engineer' will be responsible for preparing and conducting tests on our clients new and existing buildings. You will be using specialist equipment and reporting software in order to demonstrate compliance with Building Regulations requirements.

Key Responsibilities within this 'Compliance Engineer' role:

Performing sound insulation testing in accordance with Building Regulations.

Conducting airtightness tests in accordance with Building Regulations.
Overseeing ventilation performance tests in accordance with Building Regulations.
Conducting related consultancy services as required
Liaising with site management
Fault detection
Results analysis and producing findings in accordance with the Company reporting procedures.
Present your findings to customers and your line manager.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills needed in this 'Compliance Engineer' role:

Sound Insulation Testing experience for compliance would be advantageous.
Excellent diagnostic skills (investigative, problem identification and solution)
Strong knowledge of UK Building regulations.
Acoustic testing experience.
External ventilation testing and commissioning course certificate.
DAT course certificate.
A clean driving license.
CSCS cardholder
