Smile Education are a Crown Commercial Services (CCS) approved supplier; through this partnership we are currently seeking a Year 1 Early Career Teacher to join a friendly primary in north Birmingham. Plus, we are offering a £50 joining bonus for registering with Smile Education in addition to other termly incentives!

We are excited to be representing this Oftsed rated good primary in the recruitment of Year 1 Early Career Teacher. The successful applicant will be joining this welcoming team from September 2022, carrying out all usual roles and responsibilities associated with a Class Teaching role, including marking and planning. This role offers exciting opportunities for career progression and support for Early Career Teachers looking to complete their induction terms.

This school is located within proximity to Saltley, Ward End, Nechells, Hodge Hill, Washwood Heath and Birmingham City Centre. Our client is a large, friendly and diverse primary which is has been a pillar of its local community for over 80 years. Applicants will have the opportunity to meet our client prior to being appointed to the role. The expected salary range for this position is between £25,000- £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience level. We would like applicants to have teaching experience wither within the UK or a British International School setting.

To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:

• Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Knowledge of the UK Primary Curriculum

• Able and willing to travel to the Birmingham area
