The Directors are seeking an experienced Assistant Headteacher-Responsible for Behaviour for Learning
They were awarded "Outstanding in all areas" from Ofsted (April 2022)

Your profile
To be a first-class teacher with a commitment to CPDL and lifelong learning. You will need patience and great communication skills that you will use when dealing with young people with SEN, as well as parents, carers, and staff.
You will bring real passion for what you do, coupled with an understanding of the potential challenges that surround working alongside children with ASD and related SEND. This will ensure you aspire to deliver the best outcomes for our young people.
In doing so, working together to maintain a consistently good offer in your classroom and beyond. With your leadership, more staff will develop into excellent classroom practitioners.
You would
Support the Headteacher and other SLT in the day-to-day management of the school
Communicate the school's vision compellingly and support the Headteacher's strategic leadership
Lead by example, focusing on providing excellent education for all pupils
Lead on particular whole-school strategies and policy areas
Build positive relationships with members of the school community
Keep up to date with developments in education
