Our specialist Women's pathway is a fine example of our pioneering work, providing a safe place for rehabilitation and recovery for women with complex needs. From trauma and abuse to domestic violence, our range of services is uniquely diverse and we have specialists in every area who understand the very specific and wide-ranging needs of women with Personality Disorder and how to help them.
We believe every individual has strengths; our treatment programs build on these to help our service users recover. We want all patients in our division to have the right care, treatment and support to be able to move into an environment of a lower security, and eventually return to the community.
Your role with us
In your role as a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will be supporting staff teams in delivering and focusing on our patients and their rehabilitation, daily activities and care. The role can be quite active and we would therefore require you to be able to cope with the demands of an active post, and have good time management skills. You will work closely with the Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Dietetics and Medics in the Division and have a particular interest in the Physical Healthcare and Nutritional needs of the patient groups.
