As the Branch Manager you will work with the leadership team to drive sales across all departments. Service is the life blood of this business and will be your passion too. Without our team members, we wouldn't be here. And without their passion and their expert knowledge about our products and their enthusiasm for offering nothing less than exceptional customer service our customers wouldn't be here either.That's why it's so important that all our store team members have leadership that will support them, share their knowledge with them and make sure that have everything they need to carry out their role safely.This is where you come in, as our newest Branch Manager!We won't pretend it's not hard work and at times a challenging environment however you'll be working with some great people and in return we offer a great rewards package!IDEAL CANDIDATE
- You will have run your own store or been a deputy manager in a high turnover retail store
- A warm, positive and passionate leader with experience in a fast paced, service orientated environment is essential
- You will be a confident and friendly individual who will put the customer first when making decisions and create a service driven environment within the store
- You will be a strong communicator who is able to lead, develop and provide clear direction to your team
- You will be dynamic with ability to listen to your team and respond accordingly
- Self-motivated and passionate about service and team
- Aware of the business, able to spot opportunities, mitigates risks and has a drive for great results
- Understands numbers and builds plans to improve/develop performance
- Proactive and able to use initiative with a `common sense` approach to solving problems
- Can do; forward thinking attitude and a fresh personable approach
- Coach and develop a team of diverse individuals to deliver exceptional customer service, retail brand standards and employee engagement
- Drive sales through maximising team performance and customer experience
- Performance manage the team to provide support setting achievable goals and targets
- Manage a business that is maintained and viewed as ' best in class', maximising sales at every opportunity and maintaining extremely high standards
- Inspiring store colleagues to deliver the very best level of customer service and product knowledge - so that sales are maximized and customers are 'wowed' every time they visit a store
- Keeping your store environment commercial and customer focussed
- Being an ambassador for the business, helping to drive their retail strategy forward
