We are hiring into our brand new Dispute team and looking for motivated, proactive individuals to join. This team will work within our Credit Services Team with the purpose of investigating and resolving Disputes raised by Customers and create credit notes.
They will ensure systems are updated with Dispute Resolution information to maintain accurate account history. Build relationships with Branches and Account Managers and Sales teams to ensure excellent customer service. Actively working on Disputes identified on customer accounts to facilitate resolution of them, in turn supporting free cash flow into the business and reducing debt risk.
