Clinical Audit and Assurance Facilitator - 12 months SecondmentLocation: NorthamptonSalary: Up to £21,218 Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours however part time work may be considered
We are looking for a Clinical Audit & Assurance Facilitator to join the Clinical Audit and Assurance team for a 12 months secondment.
This post will be based at St Andrew's Healthcare, Northampton.
The secondment would be perfect for someone who is interested in audit work and has previous experience of working in a patient facing role and / or conducting clinical audits / compliance checks / quality assurance checks.
The role will expose you to a wide range of stakeholders across the Charity and give you an opportunity to enhance your audit skills and contribute to improvement of care delivery.
The role's key responsibilities are:
Your profile
The successful candidate will have high degree of attention to detail and good organisational & administrative skills
You will be someone with good knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office - especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
You will need to be adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks whilst working to deadlines as well as able to travel between St Andrew's sites
You will have previous experience of working in a patient facing role and / or conducting clinical audits / compliance checks / quality assurance checks.

- Delivery of the annual Clinical Audit & Assurance programme by conducting audits of clinical records and processes
- Oversight and facilitation of the Clinical Peer Review process
- Support clinical staff in completion of the Clinical Audit Programme and any additional local clinical audits
