Financial Advisor

In this employed Financial Advisor job, you will be working alongside existing Financial Advisors, who collectively service a client portfolio producing £400k pa in ongoing fees.

There will be a gradual handover from the existing Financial Advisor to yourself, to enable you to get to know the clients and ensure a smooth transition. In time, you will become the sole Financial Advisor responsible for servicing this significant client bank.

You will be advising the existing clients on their pension and investment needs. You will have full responsibility for preparation and maintenance of client files, preparing and implementing financial planning recommendations (including cashflow modelling).

Financial Advisor Requirements

• You must hold Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and hold CAS status as a Financial Advisor
• You must have excellent technical knowledge of financial services products
• You should be comfortable undertaking your own paraplanning
• Experience of using financial planning tools / software would be beneficial, such as: Cashcalc, FE Analytics and FinaMetrica

The Company

This business is part of a well-established group company that provides specialist compliance support to IFAs and financial planning firms. You will be joining their growing IFA division, focused on growing organically and through acquisitions.

Financial Advisor Benefits

• Salary of £50,000 - £60,000
• Plus bonuses based on new business income
• Working from their office in Banstead, with some time in East Grinstead
